Foot massage improves blood circulation, relax muscles, reduces tension, and eases pain.

Do-it-yourself foot massage
Sit in a comfortable chair. Place your left foot gently on your right thigh.
Pour some skin lotion or oil cocoa butter, oil, or creams (made especially for the fee)t into your hand and rub it gently into your foot holding it firmly with both hands and massage your whole foot including the toes, arch, and heel. Start at the tip of each toe and make you way slowly up to the ankle. Rub your toes with a light stroke., press your knuckles and rub the bottom of the foot. Now hold your foot with both hands and press your thumbs into the skin.
Using your hands, pull the toes back and forth or apart very gently. Slide in the index finger of your other hand between the toes and move your finger towards the base of the toes and back toward the end of the toes. Repeat this move a couple of times between all toes. This relaxes the muscles underneath. Repeat the above steps on the other foot.
Homemade Foot Scrub Recipes You Must Try
Honey and Camphor scrub
Mix 1 cup of bath salt and 1 tablespoon of honey in a bowl. Add the 2-3 drops of camphor essential oil to this and blend well. Apply the paste to your feet and gently massage for 10 minutes. Leave it on for some time. Soak your feet in warm water. Pat dry and apply moisturizer.
Honey and Lemon scrub
Fill a bucket with hot water and add to it ½ cup of honey, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar for its antibacterial nature and lemon, as it smells nice and helps to get rid of dead skin. Soak your feet in the warm water for 20 to 25 minutes. Pat dry and apply moisturizer.
Strawberry And Sugar scrub
Mix ½ cup granulated sugar, 2 mashed strawberries and 1 tablespoon olive oil
in a bowl. Now apply this scrub to your feet and wait for 20 minutes before washing.
Sugar, Baking Soda and Olive oil scrub
Soak your feet in some hot water and after you’re done soaking, mix together 1 tablespoon each of brown sugar, baking soda and olive oil. Now apply this scrub to your feet and wait for 20 minutes before washing.
Camphor, Eucalyptus, Honey scrub
To prepare this scrub, all you need is , 6 cups hot water , 1/2 cup honey , 2 cups Epsom salt, 4 drops eucalyptus oil, 2 drops camphor oil. Blend all of these ingredients and pour it into a bucket and soak your feet in all that goodness for about 20 minutes. When you’re done, pat dry, moisturise and put on some socks to lock in the moisture. This scrub will instill essential oils and heat into your feet thus, helping them repair and exfoliate without you having to do any scrubbing at all.
Coconut Salt Scrub
To prepare this amazing foot scrub , all you need is ¼ cup of Coconut oil and ¼ cup Vitamin E oil . Mix all the ingredients together and put it in a jar and you’re done! Milk Scrub
Pour 1 cup of milk and 4 cups of warm water in a bucket and soak your feet. Make a paste with ½ cup baby oil and 4 tablespoons or salt or sugar and scrub your feet, pay attention especially to your heels with the paste. This foot scrub is best for healing the cracked heels. Conclude the feet scrub with a pumice stone and then pat your feet dry and apply your favourite moisturizer. Then put on a pair of socks to lock the moisturizer.
Peppermint Foot Scrub With Epsom Salt scrub
You require 1 cup Epsom salt, 1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil, 2 – 3 drops peppermint oil.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a glass jar. Scrub your feet for 10 – 15 minutes with this scrub. Leave it on for another 15 minutes. Wash and follow up with a moisturizer.
Brown Sugar And Olive Oil scrub
To prepare this simple foot scrub, all you need is 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 drops of essential oil and 1 teaspoon baking soda.
Combine the sugar, olive oil, and baking soda along with a few drops of essential oil in a bowl and scrub your feet with the mixture.Leave it on for at least 20 minutes and then wash it off. Follow up with a moisturizer.
Coffee Ground scrub
Mix 2 tablespoons coffee grounds,2 tablespoons coarse sugar and 1 tablespoon coconut oil in a bowl to form a thick paste. Apply it all over your feet and massage for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with warm water. This scrub helps relieve swelling and pain and improves blood circulation in your feet.
