Foot Massage

Your feet work so hard for you every day. We all know nothing is more relaxing than a foot massage particularly after a long and busy day when your feet too get tired and swell up. Just like your face, neck, back, and shoulders, your feet need extra care and attention . They can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot massage improves blood circulation, relax muscles, reduces tension, and eases pain.

A foot massage on a regular basis helps you to check out and treat common problems like cracked heels, blisters, bunions, corns, and toenail issues. Delicate, tender, rigid or cramped areas of the feet feel so much better after a massage.

Pour some skin lotion or oil cocoa butter, oil, or creams (made especially for the fee)t into your hand and rub it gently into your foot holding it firmly with both hands and massage your whole foot including the toes, arch, and heel. Start at the tip of each toe and make you way slowly up to the ankle. Rub your toes with a light stroke., press your knuckles and rub the bottom of the foot. Now hold your foot with both hands and press your thumbs into the skin.

Using your hands, pull the toes back and forth or apart very gently. Slide in the index finger of your other hand between the toes and move your finger towards the base of the toes and back toward the end of the toes.
